Purchases and rescues

If a purchase succeeds but rescues do not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app first. If it still looks wrong, email support with your App Store purchase details. Do not include private chat screenshots unless support asks for an anonymized example.

Account access

Use the same Apple or email sign-in method you used when buying rescues. Your balance is tied to that account.

Bad reply or app bug

Use Report Issue in the app when possible. For email support, describe the issue without pasting full private conversations.
