Data we do not store by default
Raw pasted messages are processed to generate replies, but they are not stored by default. If we do not store a raw pasted message, there is no saved copy for us to delete later.
Data we may need to keep
Some records may be retained when required for payment verification, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, legal, chargeback, or platform compliance reasons. This may include purchase identifiers, transaction records, product IDs, timestamps, refund records, chargeback records, and minimal audit logs. Deleted database records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited backup-retention period before they age out.
